I might be moving to National City, CA. Before I do that I wanted to know if it was safe for a single woman or if I should seriously consider somewhere else. For instance, would I be okay pumping gas at night. Will I hear gunshots often? =) Also, if you know anything about Paradise Valley Hospital let me know. Thanks!
